Mobile application for psychodiagnostics of preschool children

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of preschool children psychodiagnostics using a smartphone application. It is focused on the principle of psychodiagnostics and its different approach to preschool children psychodiagnostics, there are also described tests used in nowaday psychodiagnostics. In the next part is presented the current implementation of the OS Android application with chosen tests. At the end is an explanation of the way of evaluating data and recommendations for using the app.
Auditory perception training as part of speech therapy prevention in common preschool

The main objective of the bachelor's thesis is to identify and describe the development of auditory perception in a selected ordinary kindergarten. The specific goals of the thesis were to determine and describe the advantages and disadvantages of auditory perception development in the given kindergarten and to present the most common aids and activities used to foster auditory perception. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of three chapters, providing a foundation for the practical part of the work. The first chapter focuses on the development of speech and language abilities in typically developing children and introduces basic concepts of speech, language, and communication. The second chapter delves into the issues of auditory perception and its individual components. The third chapter introduces the education of preschool-aged children, the framework educational program, and its domains. The practical part of the thesis presents original research conducted in a specific ordinary kindergarten. It is a qualitative research investigation utilizing methods such as participant observation, analysis of worksheets and tools used, and supplementary interviews with teachers from the kindergarten. Development of auditory perception of children with phonological disorders

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of auditory perception of children with phonological disorders. The main goal of this work is to analyze the development of auditory perception of children with phonological disorders. Based on that, there were several sub-goals and research questions defined. The work is divided into the theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter defines the basic concepts related to the subject of communication, language and speech, the ontogenesis of language and speech and communication. As well as describes language levels of the two most common disorders, which are in the Czech Republic often confused with phonological disorders, specifically developmental dysphasia and developmental verbal dyspraxia. In this chapter, is possible to find the characteristics of hearing and auditory perception, as well as an explanation of the concept of phonemic hearing. It also describes the preschool age and cognitive development of the child in this period. Possibilitis of developing perceptual abilities and skills of childern with disturbed communications ability in a logopeadic class of a common nursery school

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of developing perceptual abilities and skills of children with disturbed communication ability in a logopaedic class of common nursery school. The main aim of the thesis is to compile a training stack that could serve to develop hearing perception for children with disturbed communication ability aged from 5 to 7 years in the following areas of hearing perception acoustic differentiation, analysis and synthesis, auditory memory, concentration of auditory attention and rhythm perception. The partial aim of the practical part is to try out the exercises in the logopaedic class of a common nursery school. The text is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of preschool child, disturbed communication ability, opportunities for logopaedics care in the Czech Republic, and perceptual skills and abilities, and more precisely perceptual hearing. The practical part contains a qualitative research strategy, where the methods of semi-structured interview and participant observation are used. The research group consists of 17 children of preschool age with disturbed communication ability attending two different logopaedic class of a common nursery school in the Czech Republic. Based on the semi-structured interview and from the theoretical part a stack of exercises for children with disturbed communication ability aged from 5 to 7 years was set up, which was practically tested in two common nursery schools.

Analysis of auditory perception of preschool aged children

Diploma thesis has special education theme. This thesis deals with the auditory perception in preschool children. The goal of the work is to evaluate the level of auditory perception of children in an ordinary preschool class. We focus on listening, auditory differentiation, short-term auditory memory, auditory analysis and synthesis, and perception and reproduction of rhythm. In order to answer the research questions, we created a test which is designed in accordance to the auditory perception development tables. The results show that on average the children score 82.8 percent in the test. The most difficult part of the test is listening with the average score of 61.0 percent. On the other hand, the most successful part is the perception and reproduction of rhythm with average score of 89.2 percent. Development of perceptual skills at boy with developmental dysphasia

The thesis deals with the development of perceptual perception of a boy with developmental dysphasia. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the definitions of communication disorder - developmental dysphasia. It also includes etiology, symptomatology and classification of the disorder. The second chapter is devoted to the diagnosis of developmental dysphasia from the special pedagogical view. The third chapter focuses on therapy of the above mentioned communication skill and each of defects . The practical part is devoted to research during six-month work with the boy with developmental dysphasia. The main objective of this work was to determine ways how to develop perceptual perception of the boy with the communication disorder. Practical research contains a case study of the boy and monthly schedules, which were compiled and evaluated on the basis of observation records and the results of tests of visual and auditory perception.
